We want you to love your Rust & Rose experience. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit — no cash refunds.

  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Products must be unused and returned at your expense
  • No restocking fees

Damage Claims

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

  • Report within 7 days of delivery
  • Email contact@rustandrose.co with:
    • Your order number
    • A description of the damage
    • Clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging (inside and outside)

Missing or Stolen Packages

Once your package is scanned by the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

  • Check your tracking link for delivery updates
  • Contact the carrier directly if marked as delivered but not received
  • For peace of mind, consider shipping to a location where someone can accept the delivery
