How often should I trim my wick?

For optimal burning, trim your wick before each use. Approximately 1/4" before burning.

What are our candles made out of?

We proudly use a natural soy/coconut wax blend, fragrances that do not contain organ toxins or acute toxins and are phthalate free. Our cotton wicks are lead and zinc free.

What happens if I notice "wet spots" on my glass container?

"Wet Spots" or areas where it appears the wax is not fully adhered to your candle jar are normal for our custom wax blend. This is because we do not use any additives. It is caused by the wax heating and cooling during the creation process and almost always disappears after the first burn when the wax has had a chance to expand again.

Why does my candle look lumpy after cooling?

You may notice some uneven texture after cooling, this is because we do not use any harsh chemicals or paraffin wax to artificially enhance our candles.

This texture will not affect your candle and will continue to dissolve upon relighting.
